OMSI Free Day for Children of the Military

There are many events going on in the month of April for children of the military and this one is great.  You must pre-register for it and its for families of the Guard, Reserve or Active Duty to qualify.  All the details I have attached below and you must sign up before the end of the month and limited space is available.  I will keep you posted with more activities coming soon!

Free with Pre-Registration REQUIRED. Limited space available. Participants will have free museum entrance -free "Golly-ology" Assembly at 11:30 a.m. and will be able to visit museum exhibits before and after the assembly. Families must be Guard, Reserve or Active Duty to qualify. Parent/guardian must attend with child(ren). To Register: go to http://jointservicesupport.org (see below)
To register for the event on JSS follow these steps:

1) Go to http://jointservicessupport.org
2) Once on the homepage, click on the username box at the top of the screen to log-in if you already have a username and password. A purple screen will come down before you log-in, and you must click "I Accept" to continue. Then type in your already established JSS username and password. If you're a first time user to JSS, click "Join JSS" and follow the directions to create a username and password. Once you have a username/password, enter them in the appropriate
boxes and click "Login."
3) After logging in you will see a purple toolbar of options at the top 1/3 of your screen. Click on "Events."
4) Scroll down the page to view the list of events in Oregon. They are listed in order of date. Find the event on April 9th named: "Military Event/Ceremony: Month of the Military Child OMSI Day." If you can't find it, you can type in the search box near the top of the page, "OMSI Day" and it should appear.
5) Once you see the event, click on the purple "Register Now" button and follow the directions to register for the event. Be sure to fill-in all of the required information.
6) You are now registered for the event and will receive further details as
the event nears.

Why aren't more Veterans buying homes?

Yesterday, while doing a walk thru with my buyers, a Veteran and a 1st time buyer:  I thought why are not more people doing this? 

My buyers got a super nice property in an excellent neighborhood for just a screaming deal and they did it with $0 down, $0 closing using a 100% Federal VA loan and we got the seller to pay for all their closing costs.  The only thing my buyers are paying for is their home inspection approx. $350-425.  depending on the home size.

It is so easy...I would be happy...
